Welcome to Apps by Sergey Tyo! By downloading, accessing, or using any of my apps (the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.
By using the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Apps, including those accessing in-app purchases, advertisements, and subscription-based services.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not explicitly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Sergey Tyo.
Some of the Apps may allow or require users to create an account. You are responsible for any activity under your account and agree to keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time following the in-app instructions.
You agree to use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from misuse, including but not limited to attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Apps.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through the provided unsubscribe mechanism, though you will continue to receive essential transactional and service-related emails.
Some Apps may offer in-app purchases, advertisements, and/or subscription services. You acknowledge the following:
In-App Purchases are billed to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, except as required by law or specified by Apple's policies.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Advertisements may appear within the Apps. You may choose not to interact with these ads, but they may be a source of revenue that allows continued support and development of the Apps.
Protecting your privacy is important to me. By using the Apps, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in my Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
All content, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and functionality in the Apps are the property of Sergey Tyo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Sergey Tyo. I am not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do I make any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any information provided by the Apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergey Tyo shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at my sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
These Terms are intended to comply with Apple's App Store guidelines, and in cases where these Terms conflict with any App Store policies, Apple's policies shall govern. You agree to comply with all App Store terms and conditions in connection with your use of the Apps.
I may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Apps or on my website. Your continued use of the Apps following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand (or region), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
